Nigel Deacon – Sales Director

Nigel’s skill at listening to our customers’ needs together with his commitment to refine our project proposals until they represent a perfect fit, has always been central to our innovative customer focused organisation.
Constantly looking out for new ways to solve these challenges has shaped the Streetspace Group culture – we are a solutions provider, not merely a supplier of products.

Roy Deacon – Commercial Director

With 12 years’ experience in Commercial Management, Roy plays a key role in developing the strategic plans of the business, ensuring Streetspace remains on track to achieve its goal of becoming the UK’s most innovative and successful provider of covered space projects.

Tim Deacon – Operations Director

Committed to a policy of continuous improvement, Tim provides leadership for the design and manufacturing processes at Streetspace Group to ensure our projects will always be delivered to the highest possible standards. This can involve anything from travelling to the other side of the world to keep up to date with the latest developments in tensile membrane structures, to the guidance of our production team though new ISO accreditations, with whatever tasks are required in between to keep the customer at No.1.

Martyn Petrosius – Contracts Manager

Starting back in 2004 on our installation teams, Martyn’s resourcefulness and remarkable ability to complete projects safely, to high standards and on time was quickly spotted by the management. Now an experienced Contracts Manager himself, Martyn has that same laser focus for the coordinated delivery of our national projects together with their aftercare

Hannah Radford – Contracts Surveyor

Following completion of her management training, obtaining an HND in Building Construction, Hannah gained several years’ experience as a Surveyor in the Construction Industry before joining the company in 2009. Ian Lawrence – Project Consultant

With over 15 years’ experience listening to customers’ needs and providing professional advice, Ian ensures that each project brief from site captures the key issues that must be addressed. These could be light transmission, adjacent architecture, design aesthetics, and temperature control through to proposed project timescales and future maintenance considerations. Ian then works closely with the internal sales team to ensure options and cost-estimates align with the customer vision, optimising use of the space available and meeting those operational and budget requirements.
