Digital Marketing Manager – SEO Specialist

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the creative team at Streetspace based in Hythe, Kent. With consistently strong growth across a number of product sectors, this is an exciting time to join the organisation.

Reporting to the management team and working closely with colleagues in content creation and graphic design, you will play a key role increasing brand awareness and customer engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns with a consistent SEO strategy driving organic traffic to company websites.

What does the role involve?

  • Develop and implement Streetspace digital marketing strategy for group products in the education, leisure, local authority and construction specifier sectors with web, SEO, email, social media, PPC and display advertising.
  • Optimise Streetspace group websites for SEO to maximise lead generation including backlink strategy and implementation, internal link optimisation, interaction with web designer to optimise copy and landing pages for SEM, assistance in keyword discovery and expansion, research and analysis of competitor advertising links and META optimisation.
  • The development of appropriate buyer personas for group products that will guide content marketing strategy.
  • Develop and manage Streetspace group social media presence across all appropriate digital channels.
  • Maintain and improve internal campaign analytics to measure, manage and analyse marketing performance to maximise effectiveness.
  • Coordinate content creation and designers in line with content calendar.
  • Manage the annual digital marketing budget making recommendations to key stakeholders and working closely with the Sales Director to help deliver annual revenue objectives.

Skills Required

  • 2 years’ experience within a Digital Marketing role preferably within the B2B sector
  • Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, PPC, SEO and other marketing channels
  • Experience running social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and digital campaigns
  • Target driven and self-motivated
  • Career-focused with a strong work ethic

Salary & Benefits

  • Work Hours: 8:30am – 5pm.  Mon – Friday
  • Permanent role. 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
  • Salary: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 annual DOE.

Production Operatives

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7.00am-5.00pm.

Holiday: 24 days + Bank Holidays

We are looking for production staff with manufacturing experience and a positive, flexible, attitude to join our busy team based near Hythe on the Lympne Industrial Park.

Streetspace urban structure projects include canopies & walkways, glazed buildings, all-weather sports canopies, green roof buildings and tensile membrane structures, engineered for the long term and with a uniquely consistent design theme. Our highly innovative metroSTOR street furniture products can be found across the UK as recycling enclosures, scooter charging stations, transit shelters and cycle parking.

You will be working as part of a team fitting panel sections and finishing components to our metroSTOR street furniture units, producing goods of the highest quality, within the timescales specified.

The role will involve the use of power tools and equipment with manual work including heavy lifting. Physically fit, reliable and with an enthusiastic approach, you will ideally have experience in a yard/workshop work environment and have your own transport.

What we offer:

Monday to Friday 7.00am – 5.00pm (2no. 30min unpaid breaks)
24 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
£9.00/hr. (Rate rises to £9.50/hr following successful 3 month probation).
